What payment way I can use to proceed the order?
Usually we make transactions via trade assurance. After we set up an order, you can pay with credit card, visa, or T/T transfer. Offline payments via Western Union or Paypal are also available.
What is the lead time & arrival?
Samples need 3-5 working days. For quantity orders, it takes about 15-20 working days depending on the quantity. We use Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT), typically taking 3-7 days to arrive.
Can you brand our logo or name on the lights?
Yes, this is acceptable with a 1 piece MOQ. Extra silk screen fees may apply for special requests. We can also customize the packaging for you.
What is the difference between red and near infrared light therapy?
They are similar except for two points: Red light is visible while near-infrared light is invisible. Near-infrared light penetrates deeper into the body than red light.
How long does it take for red light therapy to work?
It is not an overnight transformation, but improvements typically appear between 24 hours to 2 months depending on the condition and frequency of use. Daily use for at least two weeks is recommended for most conditions.
Do I need to continue using the light once I see results?
Yes. Ongoing treatments help skin cells continue their work. Once you reach your goal, you can transition to a weekly maintenance schedule to sustain the results.
