This equipment is highly optimized for producing ointments, face creams, cosmetic emulsions, medical lotions, gels, and chemical pastes. It performs exceptionally well when handling high-viscosity formulations and materials with high solid contents.
What main components are included in a standard unit?
A complete system unit is composed of a pretreating boiler (water and oil phase), a main vacuum emulsifying and blending boiler, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic lifting system, a tilting/dumping system, a modern electric control system, and a stable working platform.
How does the vacuum system benefit the emulsification process?
The vacuum system keeps the mixing process airtight, preventing external contaminants and removing air bubbles from the emulsion. This ensures the output creams or ointments are smooth, glossy, stable, and have a longer shelf-life.
Can we adjust the mixing and emulsifier speed?
Yes, speed adjustments are fully supported. The homogenizer/emulsifier works within 0-3000 R/min and the scraper agitator within 0-40 R/min, allowing you to fine-tune the speed settings using the variable frequency drive in the control panel.
How is the machine cleaned and maintained?
The machine is designed with convenience in mind. The boiler cover can be raised using the hydraulic lifting system to allow easy interior access. The main boiler is also equipped with a CIP spray ball for automatic water/cleaning agent circulation.
